We carefully select coaches who meet your requirements and share their profiles with you. Once you choose your ideal coach, we provide their contact details and arrange the first lesson.
If you're satisfied after the initial lesson, you can continue liaise directly with the coach for future lessons.
Do I need to pay for the matchmaking service?
Our matchmaking service at SwimCoachFinder is completely free for clients.
We charge a commission to the swimming coach, and as a client, you are required to pay SwimCoachFinder for one month of lesson fees (or as indicated). This fee includes the commission charged to the coach, which means you don't need to pay the coach for the first month of swimming fees.
Rest assured, our service ensures a fair and convenient payment arrangement for both clients and coaches.
Can I see coach profiles before deciding?
Yes, we prioritise transparency and ensure you have the necessary information to make an informed decision.
Can I request a coach based on specific preferences?
We understand that each client may have specific preferences or requirements when choosing a coach. Whether you need a coach experienced in working with special needs students or prefer a female coach for your child, simply let us know.
We will make every effort to find coaches who can meet your specific requirements, taking availability into consideration.
Is there a trial session available before committing to a coach?
If you'd like to have a trial session before committing to a coach, we can arrange a paid trial lesson for you. This allows you to experience the coaching style and suitability first-hand before deciding.
What if I'm not satisfied with the coach assigned to me?
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with the assigned coach.
However, if you are not satisfied and wish to cancel within the first month, we have a fair policy in place. In such cases, SwimCoachFinder will split 50% of the total lesson fees with the swimming coach, based on the lessons conducted.
The client will be responsible for paying SwimCoachFinder the amount indicated on the invoice.
How do we verify the qualifications and credentials of the coaches listed?
We don't personally verify the qualifications or credentials listed in coaches' digital profiles. Coaches provide this information themselves, and we encourage you to independently check any qualifications or certifications that are important to you before making your decision.
Our goal is to provide a platform that connects swimmers with coaches, and we want to ensure you have all the information you need to find the right fit for your specific needs and standards.
