Coach F.A.Q

To register as a coach with our matchmaking company, you are required to have coaching qualifications and certifications from recognised organisations such as the National Registry of Coaches (NROC), Singapore Swimming Teacher Association (SSTA), Singapore Life Saving Society (SLSS), AustSwim, American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA), and others.

These certifications ensure that you possess the necessary skills and expertise to provide quality coaching to our clients.
To ensure transparency and facilitate informed decision-making, potential students or clients will have access to your information and profile through your digital namecard. This includes essential details about your coaching background, qualifications and experience.

Additionally, we offer a free 6-month trial period for coaches to join us, allowing clients to evaluate and select the coach who best aligns with their needs and preferences. We believe in providing comprehensive information to both parties, fostering trust and enabling successful matchmaking.
In addition to matching you with potential clients, we provide assistance with the knowledge of the Swimsafer syllabus and help register your students for tests.
If the client terminates or changes the assignment within the first four weeks of courses, SwimCoachFinder will receive 50% of the swimming fees, while the swimming coach will receive the remaining 50% share.

However, please note that there are instances where the swimming coach may not be eligible for their 50% share of the fees, such as if the swimming coach cancels the assignment.

We aim to maintain a fair and transparent approach in handling changes or terminations to ensure a positive experience for both parties involved.
If you have student leads that you can't pursue, share them with us. We'll match them with our coaches and give you one lesson as commission when there's a successful match.
